California Ballot Propositions

PROP 2: YES

Money for School Facility Repairs

Issues $10 billion in bonds to fund construction and modernization of public education facilities.

PROP 3: YES

Right to Marry and Repeal Proposition 8 Amendment

Currently the California Constitution provides that only a marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California, and federal law permanently enjoins the state from enforcing this constitutional provision. This measure would repeal this unenforceable provision and provide that the right to marry is a fundamental right.

PROP 4: YES

Parks, Environment, Energy, and Water Bond Measure

Issues $10 billion in bonds to fund state and local parks, environmental protection projects, water infrastructure projects, energy projects, and flood protection projects.
