This program aims to provide members and young workers with the tools and skills needed to be successful organizers in the labor movement. Participants would be mentored by staff organizers and researchers, who will provide coaching and one-on-one training throughout the program. Organizers-in-Training will learn the fundamentals of organizing conversations, identifying and developing leaders, research and campaign planning.
