NUHW can’t use dues dollars for federal politics, so we count on our COPE fund to help elect people who share our principles and will support our union and all working people.

Here are our eight priority candidates we’re supporting in California to secure a pro-worker House majority:
State Senator Scott Wiener (11th Congressional District – San Francisco)
Congresswoman Aisha Wahab (14th Congressional District – San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, Union City, Fremont, Dublin, Pleasanton, Castro Valley)
State Senator Mike McGuire (1st Congressional District – Northern California counties)
Randy Villegas (22nd Congressional District – Central Valley, including Bakersfield, Delano, and Hanford.)
Former State Senator Richard Pan (6th Congressional District – encompassing Sacramento’s northern and western suburbs.
Sacramento Councilmember Mai Vang (7th Congressional District – including portions of Sacramento, Galt, and Rio Vista)
San Diego Councilmember Marin Von Wilpert (48th Congressional District – encompassing much of Eastern San Diego County, including the cities of Temecula and Escondido)
