Sutter Center for Psychiatry is the only not-for-profit psychiatric hospital in the Sacramento region, providing hospital-based inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. Social workers, case managers and therapists as well as patient support specialists, housekeepers and food service workers, voted to join NUHW in 2021.

We had great turnout and lots of energy on our picket lines for Day 1 of our open-ended strike. More than 500 NUHW members walked the picket line at Los Angeles Medical Center and many more picketed at Fontana, Anaheim, and San Diego.
